Our Ingredients: Red chilly, Cold Pressed Mustard Oil, Fennel, Chilly, Mustard, Fennel, Turmeric, Asafoetida, Cumin, Kalonji, Salt.

- We handpick bright red chilies from local farms, wash them, and dry them perfectly.
- In small batches, we roast a blend of aromatic spices, hand-grind them, and mix them with cold-pressed mustard oil.
- With loving hands, we carefully slit open the red chilies and stuff them with the flavorful spice mixture.
- The stuffed chilies are then covered in mustard oil and placed in Barni’s. We bask the Barni’s in the sun for 5-7 days, allowing the flavors to mature with each passing day.
- After this process, we carefully transfer the pickles into sterilized jars, ready to be delivered with love.
